Sometimes life can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself—especially when you’re carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or experiences that have made it difficult to trust yourself or others. You may be struggling with shame, guilt, relationship challenges, or simply trying to feel safe again. Therapy with me is a supportive, compassionate space where you can be heard without judgment and begin rebuilding your sense of safety, confidence, and self-worth. As a Clinical Social Work Intern, I work with children, adolescents, and adults, including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, co-occurring behavioral health concerns, and complex trauma. I am especially passionate about supporting survivors of domestic and interpersonal violence, as well as individuals who have experienced human trafficking and sexual exploitation. I understand that healing can take time, and I believe in creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, safety, and genuine connection. My Approach to Therapy I believe healing begins with creating a space where you feel safe enough to be honest about what you’re experiencing. ✅ Trauma-Informed Care – Creating a safe and supportive environment that recognizes the impact trauma can have on emotions, relationships, and daily life.
✅ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Identifying and challenging negative thought patterns that may contribute to anxiety, depression, shame, or self-blame.
✅ Motivational Interviewing (MI) – Helping clients explore their own strengths, values, and motivation for making meaningful changes.
✅ Safety & Stability – Establishing a foundation of trust, stability, and emotional safety before working through difficult experiences.
✅ Strengths-Based Support – Helping clients rebuild self-esteem, reconnect with their identity, and recognize their own resilience.

A Space to Rebuild Safety, Confidence, and Self-Worth

Together, we can work toward addressing trauma symptoms, challenging the thoughts that keep you stuck in shame or self-blame, and rebuilding your sense of identity and self-worth. You don’t have to let what happened to you define who you are. When you’re ready, I’m here to meet you with compassion, understanding, and support as you begin your journey toward healing. 💛
